‘’Thought’’ ‘’Speech’’ ‘’Text or other’s speech’’
‘’I um... I dunno... I think I know you but nothing comes to mind. Maybe I will remember something laters and then I will tells you?’’, Roki said, much to Yuki's disappointment. He had hoped Roki would have remembered him, because he was sure they did know each other from somewhere. However, he didn't remember him either, so actually he shouldn't be disappointed. ‘’Anyway you said you wanted to go somewhere fun no? Well we could go to my room if you want~ I could show you all my stuffed animals and I have a game system we could play.’’, Roki then said and Yuki jumped up and down, smiling brightly. He wanted to do that, he was actually excited about that. He had made a new friend and he was sure going to try his best to keep this friend. After all he was terrible at making and keeping friends. So those friends he made he really had to keep close to them, for as best as he could. ‘’I have names for all them too~ Oh and I have a special surprise in my room if you wanna see~ Its a secret tho so no tell people about it.’’, Roki then spoke about his plushies, and about a certain secret. A secret? Yuki stared at him with big eyes, wondering what the secret was. And he was going to know about it, because Roki was going to tell him; Yuki grew even more excited. ‘’Yeah! I wanna know the secret! I promise I won't tell everyone! Please, let's go quick, I wanna know it~’’, Yuki said excitedly, jumping up and down again. He then remembered the tour and turned his head to look at Mikazaru with a hint of sadness. ‘’Shall we tell Mika that we're leaving? I mean, we were going along with the tour but now that we go to your dorm room I guess we can't go with the tour anymore...’’, Yuki whispered, feeling a bit bad about that. Not because he was afraid he was going to miss out on the whole tour and get lost in school the next few days, but because he was afraid Mikazaru would be disappointed with them if they didn't come along. ‘’Would Mika be angry if we didn't come with the tour? Or sad? Should we tell him we're going, or should we just go?’’

Roki dragged Yuki along behind him, his heart bursting with happiness at the thoughts of spending time with his new friend Yuki. Or old friend. Roki couldn't remeber where he had seen him still though. Suddenly Yuki started jumping up and down, causing Roki to lose the boys hand. Was he that excited? Really? Though seeing him jump and happy made Roki wanna join in too, it looked like fun. “Yeah? I wanna know the secret! I promise I won't tell everyone! Please let's go quick, I wanna know it~ Shall we tell Mika that we're leaving? I mean, we were going along with the tour but now that we go to your dorm room I guess we can't go with the tour anymore...” Roki grew very quiet, having forgot about the tour and Mika for a moment. He felt bad for it and looked over at the older boy, his Nii Nii of sorts now. After a brief minute he bit his lip, hidinghis arms shyly behind his back as he started towards the boy. “Would Mika be angry if we didn't come with the tour? Or sad? Should we tell him we're going, or should we just go?” Roki swallowed and shook his head, turning to look over his shoulder at his new friend. “It's okies. I will go tell Nii Nii. No fair to leave him in the dark since he might get worried about where I am. Give me a few seconds.” He walked over to Mika, taking quite some time and looking at the floor most of the time. Once he reached the older boy he looked up into his face, his innocent puppy eyes staring at the boy as he started to whisper, playing with his fingers nervously. “Um... Nii Nii... I know you still probably mad at me for... For being a fathead but... um... wellllll... um...” Roki giggled and bit his lip, unaware of how precious he was acting. “I found a people who is my age and um... I wanted to tell you we was going to my dorm room...” Roki stepped forward, hugging the older boy tightly and nuzzling his face against his tummy. “Sorry I said I would help but I did some yesh? Plus now you gots that pretty lady to help you~ Come by when you done with your tour, Nii Nii. Promise~?” He pulled back after hearing the boys answer and toddled quickly over to Yuki, grabbing his hand and pulling the boy behind him. “Okay so told Nii Nii and now we can goes~” He giggled. As he walked into the hall he looked back, wanting to make sure his Nii Nii was really okay. He hoped he would really come by later since he slipped his dorm number into the boys pocket during their hug.
~~~
Roki pushed the door open and dropped Yuki's hand, leaving the boy in the doorway as he giggled and rushed into his room. It was actually a weird room for the cute little 13-year-old to have. The walls were pitch black, his favorite color being the reason, his bed and furniture followed the same color base. Pictures of gore and blood were carefully pasted on the walls, most of what looked like singing bands. His floor was pretty clean, books picked up, bed made, games and toys in their boxes. Roki rushed over to his bed, giggling the whole way with his arms out like airplane wings. He jumped and popped on the bed with a poof, snuggling in circles as he looked at the boy. “You like? It's cool no? Nana says there's too much blood and stuff but its epic I think~ Makes me look more mature~” He kicked off his shoes and rolled across his bed up to his pillows and stuffed animals. “These are them. I only have a few though.” He said, quite proud as he grabbed them up. “They are all cats tho~” Roki laid them all out in a row so the boy could see as he began to point to each one. “This one is a Japanese Bobtail, and this one's a Russian Blue, and this one's a Persian, and this one's a Scottish Fold, and this one's a Tabby, and the last one is a Egyptian Mau~ The first is my fave~” He smiled warmly up at Yuki, pulling back as he let the boy look. He started looking around his room, searching for something before grinning and remebering his secret for the boy. A noise sounded off in the corner of the boys room, coming from the closet. Roki looked up at Yuki, putting his finger to his lips. “Shhh. Make sure the door is closed and I will show you the secret. You can't tell anyone though. Nana said I might gets in lots of trouble so you gotta promise.”
''Thought'' ''Speech'' "Other's Speech"
Sakura stood near the doorway, staying a bit quiet as he looked around. He didn't want to forcce anyone anywhere if they wanted to go somewhere else. Plus since no one really seemed to jump on the idea he figured just to let them all talk it out with each other then go whereever they wanted to. 'Been around the whole school anyway so i'm sure i can still help Mika with somethings~' He thought happily to himself, smiling a bit as he watched Mika start speaking to a new girl. Sakura made sure to wait with the utmost pancence so he didn't appear rude. “So we're going further, huh? Where are we going now?” Sakura turned to look at the younger teen, smiling nervously and starting to answer. Before he could though Mika turned and started to speak to her, mentioning the sports feild and then introdcing him to her. The boy just continuted to smile and nodded his head, speaking up after this. “Yeah. I figured since all of us have PE we should kinda know where we are to go to get there. While I will admit its not much to look at when it's held in the gym It's amazing when we're let outside~” His face softened, raising his eyes to look pass Lola rather then at her. Sakura's thoughts started to drift as they often did and he started to say his thoughts out loud with out releazing it. “After all... Even in the city there's animals... There was trees out there also yes..? I like it when there's greenry inculded in a school's grounds... Often gentle human friendly animals reside there...” He let his voice trail off, a peaceful look over taking his face. After a few seconds he blinked and shook his head looking at Mika and stuttering. “I-I'm so sorry! You weren't speaking to me were you..? I didn't mean to zone out! Dang it I always seem to do that!” He looked away, ashamed he had done that when he was addressing others. Quickly without another word, really wanting to forgot what he just said, he rushed over to the door. “A-anyway lets go? Everyones okay with it no? The sports field as the-” But his words were cut off as a small boy started speaking to Mika. Sakura knew he souldn't listen in on other conversasions but when he heard some of the words the boy said he couldn't help but look up. “Um... Nii Nii.. I know you still probably mad at me for... for being a fathead but... um... wellllll... um... I found a people who is my age and um... I wanted to tell you we was going to my dorm room...” Sakura chuckled lightly at the boys innocents. He seemed like he should have been in elementary not high school. 'He's kinda small for his age too... Would love to have a little brother like him, Mika's so lucky...' He thought with a smile. “Sorry I said I would help but i did some yesh? Plus now you gots that pretty lady to help you~ Come by when you done with your tour, Nii Nii. Promise~?” Sakura felt his face darken and he swallowed, looking in shock at the boy. Did he really appear that feminine? That much of a girl? Sure his hair was long but still. He knew several boys with long hair. 'I... I don't even have boobs...' He thought in disbelief, his face growing darker with each passing second. He wasn't sure if it was a honest mistake or a joke but either way it really upset him, not liking how it might be taken by others. He was sure quite a few people in the room had heard it as well and would tease him for it later. He swallowed, forcing a smile at the kids and Mika as he pretended to be okay. ”S-so sportsfield okay with everyone? Let's hurry its getting late~” Sakura quickly turned, not wasting a moment longer as he walked from the room. He figured the others would follow and if not he would just leave them in the library. They could go where they wanted he was just volenteering to help if they wanted to leave. 'Besides...' He thought to himself as he walked, staring at the ground. 'Not like they won't remeber me after the kids comment... Maybe my dad is right... Boy's shouldn't have long hair and I should just cut it...' He balled his fist. He kept feeling tears but he held them back, refusing to cry.
‘’It's okies. I will go tell Nii Nii. No fair to leave him in the dark since he might get worried about where I am. Give me a few seconds.’’, Roki said and Yuki blinked in confusion for a moment before nodding his head. He watched Roki leave, off to Mikazaru. ‘’Okay...’’, he whispered. He stood there waiting for Roki to come back. He stared at the two as Roki talked to the older boy and hugged him. Yuki felt a bit jealous; he wanted a hug, too. After a bit Roki came back and spoke to Yuki again; he sounded quite excited to go to his dorm room. ‘’Okay so told Nii Nii and now we can goes~’’, he said and he walked off quickly. ‘’Okay.’’, Yuki said softly, going after the boy. He didn't want to fall behind and get lost, so he sort of ran out of the library. He looked behind him at Mikazaru and the others, and waved at the older boy before leaving the area. He wasn't sure of Mikazaru had seen him waving, but he guessed it didn't really matter. Mikazaru didn't really know him that well, anyway. ‘’Wait for me, Roki~’’ Yuki still felt quite tired and sick, but he guessed he would mange throughout the rest of the day. He just had to go to bed early tonight, he decided.
After a bit of walking they reached the boy dorms and Yuki followed Roki into the building. The two walked for a bit more until Roki stood in front of a dorm room and opened it, stepping inside. Yuki swallowed, a bit nervous, but followed Roki in, anyway. Once inside Yuki almost yelped. The walls were black and so was the furniture. All over the wall were gory posters, displaying bands and such. Or just gore in general. Yuki didn't feel safe here. He wasn't sure anymore what kind of person Roki was. The boy appeared to be very innocent like him, yet his room looked so creepy. It gave Yuki such an eerie feeling. He became really uncomfortable. He watched as Roki jumped on his bed and giggled. Yuki smiled nervously, staring at Roki as the boy spoke to him. He was too afraid to look around him. ‘’You like? It's cool no? Nana says there's too much blood and stuff but its epic I think~ Makes me look more mature~’’, Roki said and Yuki stared at him in confusion before looking around once more. The room now looked less creepy because he guessed Roki just had a weird taste of style and such, but that still didn't really make him feel safe. ‘’I... I guess it does.’’, he said. He actually lied. It didn't make Roki look more mature, it made him look creepy. But it was a nice kid and Yuki didn't want to hurt his feelings, make him feel sad. Yuki preferred everyone happy and cheerful. ‘’These are them. I only have a few though. They are all cats tho~ This one is a Japanese Bobtail, and this one's a Russian Blue, and this one's a Persian, and this one's a Scottish Fold, and this one's a Tabby, and the last one is an Egyptian Mau~ The first is my fave~’’, Roki suddenly said and Yuki looked up to see the boy had popped some cat plushies in his face. Yuki immediately smiled brightly, looking at the cute, fluffy little things. ‘’Ooooh! They're so pretty! I love the Russian Blue!’’, Yuki said with excitement. However, he soon smiled even brighter, thinking about his own cat plushy. ‘’Though, my favorite is my own plushy, Mr. Whiskers~’’ ‘’Shhh. Make sure the door is closed and I will show you the secret. You can't tell anyone though. Nana said I might gets in lots of trouble so you gotta promise.’’, Roki then said and Yuki grew excited and curious. He was also a bit unsure but he guessed it would be an amazing secret. He walked over to the door and closed it, before walking back to Roki, a big smile on his face. He jumped up and down a bit, unable to hold his excitement any longer. ‘’Okay, I'm ready! What is the secret?’’
Massak walked into the library slowly, he didn't want to make a sound or talk to anyone. He tried his best not to make eye contact, he didn't want to talk to anyone, looking at someone gave them a chance to speak to him; all he wanted was to be able to sit alone and listen to music whilst writing his story. Looking around he saw an empty table and sat there, opening his bag as quietly as he could and pulling out his laptop. Gently clicking the mouse pad he opened his music player and inserted his headphones, listening to Eminem he clicked onto his story.
Typing quickly the boy bobbed his head slightly to the music, he felt a little better when he listened to Eminem, it was comforting to listen to music from someone who had so much emotion in all of his songs. He couldn't write at the moment, all he could think of was what he did last night. He needed to stop his self harm, it was not a good thing. For him, maybe it was, but for others it caused emotional pain. Maybe he should just try and stop? He couldn't. Massak sat there, staring at his screen for a moment as he wondered what he should do.
He then decided to just sit there, studying. Maybe it was time he tried to get better and some of his subjects, Economics to be exact. Or maybe he should revise some Japanese. Massak decided on Japanese because he simply hated Economics, he only did it because he didn't want to do any of the other subjects. He began to practise the Japanese he had saved on his computer. Learning every detail and storing it in his mind, carefully inspecting each minor detail.
Motomo walked into the library, an obvious look of annoyance on his face. He was still pissed at the older boy for doing that to the young girl; love was such an annoying thing when people abuse it and misuse it. Can't they just be normal and let love come to them, like he had done to Abigail. Just thinking of Abigail made him more confused, not about whether he loved him but about how love was supposed to be, love was whatever you wanted it to be - that's how he saw love, maybe that was how the older boy saw his: cruel and playing with other's minds.
Motomo didn't even like girls that much, definitely not in the way he liked Abigail, never had he fallen in love with a girl before and that was never going to change, not ever. He walked over to a table with one boy at it, he wore a black and white cap and was listening to some music, Motomo did the same, grabbing everything he needed he started listening to music while he wrote some stuff down for Spanish, he was just testing his knowledge.
He began typing up a long essay in Spanish, an essay about Winston Churchill because he loved the way that man did his job, hopefully his native Spanish speaking wouldn't fail him right now.
Lola had left the hallway in search of something better that would make her less bored. She knew she could text Abigail all she wanted but that he wouldn't respond, so instead she didn't send him anything. He could rot for all she cared. Actually she didn't want him to, but right now she was just so angry at her cousin. She was angry, and sad, and jealous. Lola wanted her cousin back, but she knew that he was busy with another person right now. She didn't exist to him anymore, it was now only that Motomo guy. Motomo this. Motomo that. Motomo. Motomo. Motomo. Lola pulled at her own hair as she groaned, getting so fed up with the whole Motomo thing. Only thinking about it made her blood boil already. She just wanted to punch Abigail in the face. She wanted to punch Motomo in the face. And it seemed like her calls had been answered; as she entered the library and found a seat somewhere before looking for some books, her eyes fell on this boy sitting in the library as well. He was typing something. It was that Motomo person Abigail had spoken of. Lola recognized him, she knew for sure it was him. It was that boy Abigail had followed out of the library during Monday's boring tour. It was that boy which had stolen Abigail from her. Her Abby. ‘’Son of a bitch...’’ she thought to herself as she eyed him with fury. It was now or never. She was going to explode at him. She was going to confront this boy. Lola searched through the books in the library and took the biggest she could find. A history book from the middle ages. Taking it over to the desk where the boy was siting, still typing, she didn't hesitate and slammed the dusty history book on the table. This caused some students in the library to look at the, but Lola didn't care; her attention was set on this boy. This... Motomo dude. ‘’You stupid gay! You stole my Abby from me!’’ she yelled at him. If one hadn't known better, they could have thought this was a quarrel between two people about a single lover. But in fact it wasn't. It was a fight between a lover and a family member. Because the family member felt abandoned and mistreated. Because the family member felt deceived and jealous, sad and angry all at once. And she wanted to make this clear to this Motomo person.
"Thought" "Speech" "Text or other’s speech"
He kept typing and typing, pretty much ignoring the music in the background. His fingers moved so fast and not once did his concentration waver, until suddenly a book slammed on the table. He didn't freak out, he just stopped typing and pressed the pause button on his headphones with a slightly annoyed look on his face. He pulled them down and put them on the table, pressing the power button on his laptop since he knew it saved as he did that just a moment ago. Looking up he saw it was a girl, a familiar girl, one that he knew well; it was Lola, Abigail's cousin. ‘’You stupid gay! You stole my Abby from me!’’ She yelled at him. That was it. He hated that, being called out, labelled. Gay. The word flew about in his mind like something out of control, fired from anything but not intended to have a destination. Gay. He couldn't get over it, he never had been able to. Homosexual was fine to him but when someone yells out at everyone that you're a "gay" its quite painful inside. He had to hold back, because if he didn't then Abigail would hate him for hurting his cousin and he didn't want to hurt her. He just sat there, ab angry expression upon his face. He stole nobody, he knew that as much as she really did, he knew she knew it. How could she even come up and acuse him of sucf acts, yes he kissed Abigail first but it wasn't his fault. Abigail kissed him back. Abigail said he'd come over. What had he really done but try and make him feel good? Nothing. She was overreacting like an immature young girl, that she probably was. He couldn't take it anymore, the anger bubbled up inside of him, he didn't want to hurt her so he wouldn't, he'd do something else instead. Something terrible. He stood up and slammed the table with an obvious look of anger in his eyes.
"Don't come and call me out like that, I didn't steal him. He was the first person that made me feel good about myself here! You know what, fuck this, I'm done. Stop being a jealous bitch and actually talk to him, he's you flipping cousin! He doesn't just have to have one friend, he doesn't have to be alone! Can't you let him go just a bit instead of being so fucking possessive?! I love Abigail okay, and I know you don't want me to but I do. You can't stop that. So just learn to live with it, share and don't be a selfish pig!" He yelled at her. His body was so tense, his mind was racing. Thoughts filling his mind, so much more he wanted to say yet he couldn't. Not here. He picked up the book and threw it on the floor before grabbing his bag on one hand and laptop in the other, wrapping his headphones around his neck. Then he got up and left, as he walked past her he shot her a look of reserved irritation before dashing off out of the library and into the corridor. There he shoved his stuff inside his back then threw it on his back, running off to the bathrooms.
As he arrived there he put his bag down and sat there, screaming at himself in the mirror, punching the walls and swearing as he paced back and forth. He couldn't take anymore of this, he was done, his tank was on empty and no matter how hard he tried he could stop it. Motomo pulled out his knife from his pocket, he couldn't take it anymore. He needed the pain, he needed to feel that he was alive, he needed to release all the bad feelings. He sat there as he cut through, leaving three large gashes in his arm. He washed the knife and dried it, putting it back into his pocket. Then he sat there, staring at the mirror; it wasn't really a stare, more just looking at himself in shame. He'd done it. What Abigail said not to do, how could he do that to him. How could Motomo be so selfish to do that. He felt like an asshole, he'd done it again, destroyed everyone's life. Maybe he should just vanish from the earth. The boy finally gained the courage to check his phone, he wanted to see if Abigail had replied, he wanted to see whether he still liked him. Did he? Was it all a dream? ‘’That's fine. I will tell you about m last lesson during the break. Teacher might be coming soon.’’ He read the message that lay on his screen. The words were of kindness. Motomo smiled, Abigail still wanted to talk to him but he still didn't know what Motomo had just done. "Okay, sure thing Abby" He sent back.
Motomo needed to go to the nurses office but he couldn't, he couldn't walk through school like that. He just sat there. Staring. Thinking. Crying.
The boy responded to the sound of the book hitting the table. He gave her an annoyed look before turning off his music. She just stared at him with narrowed eyes. Lola watched him get to his feet and she didn't move an inch as he slammed his fist on the table out of anger; she too was furious. ‘’Don't come and call me out like that, I didn't steal him. He was the first person that made me feel good about myself here! You know what, fuck this, I'm done. Stop being a jealous bitch and actually talk to him, he's you flipping cousin! She really wanted to slam him in the face right now. ‘’You're the selfish pig here, asshole! Abby doesn't want you! He doesn't care about you! All he does is use you, anyway.’’ she called after Motomo as he left the library. Some students around her were whispering, others were giggling. As she turned around to look, a few gave her a disapproving stare, but in response all she did was flipping them off. She grabbed her own stuff and went to sit somewhere in a corner, getting a new book, something she would want to read instead of slamming it onto a table. She laid the book on her lap and opened it, before grabbing her phone. Her eyes fell on Abigail's name, which was the first name on her contact list. She decided to sent him a message. She was going to rant to him, and try to put things in the right direction. ‘’Abigail, your stupid boyfriend Motomo is an asshole. I got into a fight with him. He called me a selfish pig! But that's not the thing that bothers me. He stole you from me, all you talk about is him, all you want to do is see him. Do I still exist or am I nothing but a past memory to you? Because if so then you are a fucking ungrateful asshole! You ignore me, only talk about him when we're talking. I hate you Abigail Reece Millard. I hate you!’’ She sent the message and put her phone away. Lola tried to concentrate on her book, but her emotions made her fail to do so. She could feel some tears sting her eyes and wiped them away, wanting nothing more than to just scream out in fury. She hated Abigail, she hated Motomo. Or maybe she was just extremely jealous and missed her little cousin. Because Motomo was right; Abigail could have more than one friend. But what he didn't realized was that Abigail was all Lola had. She was his only friend, and now she had lost him. ‘’Why did I ever sent that text message to him...? I'm a dumb evil witch...’’
Toru entered the school by a side door, one that was often used as a short cut to the dorms. He looked with a dead face over the halls and noticed the lack of students. 'Must be the first class already. That was fast...' He thought quietly to himself as he turned and started down the left hall. Taro nodded slowly in his mind as he saw what Toru saw so in turn had noticed the time just as they left the room. 'Though it doesn’t matter much since your classes don't start yet.' The boy then messed up Toru's hair and then turned away, walking off to read over a book in the corner of his mind. Toru chuckled at the boy in his mind, closing his orbs and shaking his head as he moved slowly down the hall. Since he really had nothing to do or any place to be he took his time moving down the halls, stopping only once he find the library doors. He raised his eyebrow in question, having forgotten this building had a library. “I don't even think we've been in there have we..?” He asked the boy in his mind, earning a blink of confusion before Taro walked calmly over and shook his head. 'Actually no. I forgot there was one. You should go get a book to read together.' He then smiled warmly at the boy as Toru nodding his head to the side, thinking it over. Finally he nodded to the boy, earning a fist pump from Taro as the boy jumped into the air. He chuckled and closed his orbs, shaking his head before walking forward and pushing open the doors. Once inside he looked around, scanning the room as he reached up and adjusted his glasses. After looked around he saw the type of books he mostly read, almost all being Manga or horror, and walked over in the direction of it. To his surprise he heard a voice and turned to see a girl nearby, texting something before putting away her phone. Afterward she seemed a bit lost in thought, bad ones by the look of her tears and her expression. Toru grinned to himself, getting an idea about the same time as Taro in his mind, and quickly walked over to her. Slowly once he was in front of her he placed a hand gently on her shoulder, using his other to brush her hair from her orbs. “Are you okay?” He asked in a fake gentle tone, a serious yet caring smile on his face as he spoke. “You are often around that smaller black haired boy no?” He reached in his pocket and pulled out a tissue, hearing Taro laughing in his mind at how much he was sure Toru was messing with her. Toru in turn ignored it and forced himself not to laugh as he wiped at her eyes. “I'm not sure what happened but do you want to go to a corner alone in hear and talk? I have nothing I'm doing and I'm a good listener.” Toru then winked at Taro in his mind, the boy almost dying at how perfect Toru's act was. 'And if she needs a shoulder on or a ear to listen I will gladly give it to her~ Might be interesting, Babe~' Taro wiped at his tears from all his laughing and met the boys evil gaze, silently loving the boy even more if that was even possible.
Lola was sitting there silently with the book on her lap, rethinking her actions. Suddenly this boy came around and she noticed he was looking at her. To make it all worse, he even came her way and stopped right in front of her, touching her shoulder. ‘’Are you okay?’’ he asked and Lola shot him an angry glance. She wanted nothing more than to push his hand away and punch him badly in the face, or kick him in the balls. She didn't need anyone's help. And for some reason Lola didn't really trust this boy. ‘You are often around that smaller black haired boy no?’’’ he then asked and she bit her lip. He knew about Abigail? ‘’Not anymore, that's over.’’ she said with a harsh tone, before slamming the boy's hand away from her shoulder and jumping to her feet. As she did so the book fell to the ground. ‘’And don't you dare touch me!’’ she snarled, hands turned into fists now. ‘’I don't need your help!’’ ‘’I'm not sure what happened but do you want to go to a corner alone in hear and talk? I have nothing I'm doing and I'm a good listener.’’ the boy then asked and Lola furiously shook her head. ‘’Why would you want to help me anyway? I don't know you, why would you care? I don't trust you and I want you to fuck off, mister.’’ she said to the boy as she picked up the book and pushed him out of the way, getting her bag and shoving past him. Lola went to sit somewhere else in the library, reopening the book and trying to concentrate on reading. She grabbed her phone and looked at it, seeing Abigail had responded. Opening the message she sighed. ‘’Lola. Fuck you. I hope you die.’’ it said. Lola really felt like dying right now.
Another boy came and sat down on the same table as him, not really caring at the moment as he was just practising his Japanese. The ability that he had to absorb other languages was amazing, he was very good at just learning in general but when it came to languages he learn extremely quickly, maybe it was that he managed to convert from an Eskimo speaker to an English speaker that did it. That's what started him off, then the Japanese girl continued him on his languages learning journey. He loved languages as all of them were completely different, he loved that, he loved different things; he himself was different. He didn't do what normal people did when they were angry, he cut himself, no matter who was there or what was going on he did it, he always cut when stressed. He'd done that last night, he'd ruined Pukak's life last night, he couldn't tell his little brother.
‘’You stupid gay! You stole my Abby from me!’’ A voice suddenly screamed. A girl ran at the boy who sat opposite Massak, carrying a large book with her but she only slammed it on the table, he thought she was going to hit the boy. What did she mean gay anyway, Abby was a girl's name, right? Plus there was nothing wrong with being gay, it was just how some people were, Massak himself was bisexual, he liked males as well. Whatever this girl meant she was obviously annoyed and he wanted nothing to do with it, he just sat there, listened and did his Japanese. "Don't come and call me out like that, I didn't steal him. He was the first person that made me feel good about myself here! You know what, fuck this, I'm done. Stop being a jealous bitch and actually talk to him, he's you flipping cousin! He doesn't just have to have one friend, he doesn't have to be alone! Can't you let him go just a bit instead of being so fucking possessive?! I love Abigail okay, and I know you don't want me to but I do. You can't stop that. So just learn to live with it, share and don't be a selfish pig!" Massak was so confused by what this boy had just said. He thought that the girl was with this Abby person but they were cousins?! He didn't want to listen to this anymore, they were both getting pretty stressed out and the boy was really tense, he was holding back; there was so much more to him than what he let on, he was insecure and seemed to have a short temper, possibly for a medical reason. He then threw the large book on the floor, grabbed everything and stormed out the room. The girl waved goodbye in aa quite ride kind of way, Massak wanted to go after the boy, comfort him but something made him stop, this boy may have been going to do what he shouldn't do; something Massak didn't want to see, not because he was scared but because he knew that he'd share this boy's pain through doing it himself, he knew that the boy was a self-harmer as he saw some scars. ‘’You're the selfish pig here, asshole! Abby doesn't want you! He doesn't care about you! All he does is use you, anyway.’’ She said to him as the boy ran out of the room. Those words must've hurt, they were harsh and were made to be harsh and sharp, like daggers. He couldn't stand this any longer, the girl had taken it too far from where he was standing. Nobody needed to yell, nobody needed to get annoyed and not once did anyone need to be called gay. Massak still didn't want to get involved but he did mentally, mentally he was taking sides, in reality he wasn't, in reality he was a bystander and would stay neutral.
She walked off and he was about to go and comfort her before another boy came over to her, the other students snickering and laughing. He was alone now, all alone on his desk listening to Eminem whilst he continued to practise his Japanese. "Kids these days, so pathetic."
Mosi had woken up later today, her first lesson wasn't until 10am so she didn't need to, she was tired anyway. She still had sleep in her eyes and walked as if she was half asleep, that soon changed once she entered the library. She didn't want to disturb anyone but also didn't want to draw attention to herself, so she pretended she was fine, awake. Her bag was slack and she only had one strap on, it hung closer to her hips and a little too low, not really how she usually looked. With a big yawn she began to look where she could sit, there was an empty table, an angry girl or a boy on his own. Mosi didn't really want to be on her own but she also didn't want to be with someone who was angry, not at this time in the morning, so she went to the boy.
As she walked over to him she smiled sweetly, not wanting to look weird in any way. He was sitting all alone and it seemed as though maybe he was talking to the angry girl, but she didn't know for sure. It was a strange situation indeed. "Hi there, I'm Mosi. Mind if I take a seat?" She asked the boy with a sweet smile. She was just being friendly as she didn't want to just sit down, that would be rude. Mosi stood there, waiting for a response so she knew whether or not she could sit down.
”Not anymore. that's over.” Toru heard the girl speak in a low harsh tone, suddenly standing and shoving his hand away from her shoulder. He blinked in confusion, pulling back a bit as thoughts of his father doing the same only a lot worse tore into his mind. The book she had been holding or reading fell to the ground with a quiet bang and he stared at it before turning his gaze back up to her. Opening his mouth he started to ask if she was okay, actually a bit scared himself now though he did an amazing job not showing it. “And don't you dare touch me! I don't need your help! Why would you want to help me anyway? I don't know you, why would you care? I don't trust you and I want you to fuck off, mister.” Toru heard Taro begin to get upset, stepping forward and cussing in his mind at the girl as Toru held him back. 'Stupid ungrateful bitch! Fuck you! Didn't really wanna help your bleeding fat ass anyway!' He pulled back from Toru and jerked his arms away, turning away as he spoke in a soft yet pissed tone. 'I'm fine, Toru. I'm not mad. I'm fine.' The boy swallowed and bit his lip, highly doubting the boy was speaking the truth. He knew Taro to well, could hear it in the boys tone and actions. He was hurt and upset by the girls words, just didn't want to admit it. Before he could react to her outburst the girl shoved past him, pushing him out of the way and huffed off to another part of the library. Toru cut his orbs at her, growing a bit pissed as well even though he scared of how the girl had reacted. “Yo bitch! Why don't you calm down? Jeez just say you don't want help.” Toru then turned away from her, murmuring softly to himself as well as to Taro. “I'm sorry babe... Shes just an asshat. Not worth the air it takes to speak to her.” Slowly he walked away, heading towards the other side of the room before he took a seat. “Stupid girl being a stupid ass when I was just trying to stupid help.” He muttered under his breath softly, still mad at her actions. Mostly he was upset that she had hurt Taro even though she hadn't said much. Before he could say much else or attempt to comfort Taro again in his mind a small build girl entered the room, her orbs a beautiful shade of teal as they scanned the room over. Toru blinked in confusion as she seemed to stop her gaze on him and start towards him, wondering what she would want with him. “Hi there, I'm Mosi. Mind if I take a seat?” Toru raised his orbs to look at her as she stood in front of him, a hint of judgment in them as he quickly began to pass it on her. 'A bit young looking to be here at this school, though they let the little rugrat in here so it doesn't surprise me.' Taro laughed as Toru spoke of his little brother, not really caring how harsh and mean he sounded. 'Her eyes look like those of an airhead girl so she could be of later use if handled in the correct way... Has an air of innocence about her a well...' Toru closed his orbs in his mind, resting his hand over his mouth as he began to murmur softly in thought. Taro blinked at him as he circled the boy before grinning and whispering softly in Toru's ear, trying to gain the boys attention and annoy him. 'Ya know~ You are a bit of an airhead and have quite the pitiful innocent yelp when being handled in the correct way~' Toru's orbs widened at Taro's words and he turned his face away from the girl as it heated up very badly, hissing softly in a whisper at the now giggling boy. “Oh shut up, Taro... For crying out loud...' The boy felt something twitch on his lower body and yelped before standing up and taking a few steps back from the girl who had spoke to him. 'Ugh she's gonna think I'm a dumbass if you don't cut it outttttt. Stop the teasing Taro...' As Taro nodded and blinked large innocent puppy orbs at Toru he looked to the girl, his face heating up more as he shifted his weight and hoped she wouldn't notice. “Hi, I'm Toru...” He swallowed and bit his lip, trying to regain his voice and force back his blushing. “Sorry I'm n-not feeling very well... But sure you may sit it you like, princess~” He waved his hand over the chairs and gave her a fake warm smile, adding very quickly under her breath. “You have very beautiful eyes and quite the innocent look for a highschooler.”
The boy before her was acting strange, his face heated up and he looked away from her for a while. He was slightly strange but she didn't really pay attention to it, each of them were different to one another. He then suddenly jumped up, yelping as he did so, stepping back a few paces. “Hi, I'm Toru... Sorry I'm n-not feeling very well... But sure you may sit it you like, princess~” The boy, Toru, said to her with a kind gesture towards the chair. She smiled at him, as he smiled at her, both of them gave one another warm smiles. Yet in reality, Mosi's was not that of truthfulness, she was confused, confused as to why he said "princess". She wasn't exactly a princess, she wasn't that sort of person, in her eyes. “You have very beautiful eyes and quite the innocent look for a highschooler.” He then mumbled under his breath. "Nice to meet you, Toru. Thank you for your compliments, although I wouldn't know if I'm actually that innocent." Mosi began to say as she walked over to the chair and gently sat down. She never took her gaze off him, looking at him with a kind look. He to had blue eyes, they were a wonderful colour; almost as beautiful as the ocean, and the sky. " You certainly have nice eyes to, they're a nice colour. Anyway, I'm a Junior, what year are you?" She continued as she gestured to the seat.
"Please, take a seat. I don't want to feel that I've taken your seat." She said with a smile as she pointed to the chair and smiled again. Now it was more genuine, one of kindness, but nothing more. She put her hands in her pocket and looked down, face heating up as she was embarrassed about what she'd just said, it wasn't really appropriate in her eyes - it wasn't needed and she felt weird for saying it. "Sorry... I uh didn't mean to sound so... Weird."
Sancott enters school and walks down the hall until he reach the library door. He opens it and looks around to find a place to sit. He sees a group of students sit at a table. He sees a girl and gets a little paralyzed "Maybe I should sit with them?" he asks in his thoughts "Okay, I go to sit with them, but I'll remain silent..." He goes near the students sit in a chair, grabs his English book, opens it and begins to read. His reading was diverted with his thoughts, he looks at them slightly sideways "Maybe I should me 'interact' as my mom said?" he thinks "Maybe this is nonsense... I must wait for them to talk to me?...... For what? For me become a idiot?" he stops for a bit and lowers his book on the table and thinks "Yeah... I'm going to say at least a simple 'Hi.' to be more polite..." he then takes courage and loose his low, thick and raspy voice "Hi..." he says, after think "Ready! It was horrible but it goes... aghddhgggfhfga..." He thinks again "Should I ask one of them to help me in this subject?" Sancott needs help in English, he did have doubts. Suddenly he realizes that sat beside the girl. He looks at her paralyzed, as if he'd never seen a girl before, although he had seen many, but for that girl beside him, San was feeling something very different from the others, he believed the girls was somewhat boring when he was child, but now they attract him.
"Hi..." A boy suddenly said, standing there for a moment. Suddenly, he sat down next to her, staring into her eyes like he was paralysed and all she did was smile back at him. Mosi looked up towards him, watching him before she was interrupted by the bell ringing out; that meant it was time for Biology. She got up and began to walk but was stopped by the same voice as before. "Your eyes are beautiful..." She stopped in her tracks and turned around on the balls of her feet. "Thank you for your complement but I need to get to Biology, maybe I will see you around." She said before turning back around and heading over to the Biology Classroom. Mosi then walked out of the Library before taking out her phone and typing out a text as quickly as she could.
"Hey, Massak. Will I see you in Biology?"
She then sent it to Massak before running down the hallway to the classroom and entering the room. Mosi sat down in the centre of the room just because it was an easy seat to get to. She then unpacked her bag and sat patiently, waiting for the class to start.
‘’Yo bitch! Why don't you calm down? Jeez just say you don't want help.’’, the boy said before walking off. All Lola did was stare at him as he left. She felt tears sting in her eyes, but her expression was angry. She just wanted to be left alone, now that Abigail wanted her to die. Well, that was his opinion. Why would she care, anyway? She watched the boy meet up with a girl as she sat down at the table he had chosen. The other boy that had been sitting near Lola and Motomo at first was now leaving and heading for the hallway. Soon after the boy and girl had met up, this other boy joined the small group and started talking to the girl. But that's when the school bell rang, telling Lola it was time to move on to next class. The girl left as well, the two boys stayed at the table. Lola sighed and got to her feet, feeling some tears roll down her cheeks. She hadn't noticed she had been crying silently. Wiping the tears away she took a deep breath and tried to cam herself so her breathing would steady and she would stop crying. But her breath shuddered and her body shivered for a few seconds. She grabbed her bag and searched inside for her schedule, forgotten which class she had now. If she even had one. Next class was Photography. She didn't have that class. Lola sighed; she would be stuck here for a while longer. Maybe she should just go sit with that group and socialize and get it all over with, even if she didn't really want to talk to anyone right now. And that one dude not at all, after she had yelled at him, and he had yelled in response. She put her schedule away and sat back down on the chair, staring around the library in silence. Lola would just sit here for another hour, not doing anything at all.
He had not been around this school yet. Yes, he should have been there at the first day of school, but things got messy and he ended up in the hospital for check up on any internal bleeding. Poor Siyounen was on his way to school on the very first new school day and had even managed to enter the school's grounds. But as soon as he put away his bike he had been addressed by this group of boys that told him he looked weird. Having schizophrenia and not exactly knowing how to respond or explain things, they started beating him up pretty badly. The poor thing. He had missed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Finally on Thursday night he was allowed to go home. And on Friday morning he went back to school. Because he had been beaten up really bad and had bruises and cuts everywhere on his face and body, his teachers had told him he could take Friday off and come back to school next Monday, but he didn't want to. Siyounen was afraid of the bullies, yes, but if he would stay home he would never win from his own fears. So instead of going back to school on Monday, he went back today, Friday morning. Though, he did not go to Biology class. He wanted to come a bit later so he could avoid most people and get a bit used to the school feeling again, on his own. He needed a place to study, soon after this hour he would have a break, and probably after that an hour of class. He wanted to sit somewhere on his own, but hated to sit on the ground. He didn't know why he hated it, but he just did. And the voices in his head didn't make things easier. ‘’Just sit on the ground. Don't be a little bitch.’’, one said, while another voice told him different things: ‘’Go to the library, you can study and read there in peace. But you also have the option to meet people, still.’’ It were never the same voices, always different ones, so Siyounen didn't have a name for any of them. He just called them voices. Well, actually he didn't call them anything at all. They were nothing to him, none existent, yet they existed. It was hard to explain. There were good voices and bad voices, he liked to think. The bad voices were mean, the good voices were nice, but they were all still the same, just voices. They could be described as his subconscious, yet Siyounen had no idea they were his subconscious. Something like that.
The library, it sounded like a plan, he guessed. Letting out a sigh he walked through the hallways looking around for the library. He saw a group of boys coming his way and recognized one of them, knowing which group it was; it were the bullies. Siyounen stopped dead in his tracks and swallowed, staring at the group. The boys stopped as well as they noticed him and some were grinning and they whispered to each other. Siyounen didn't want to see them, he didn't want to hear them. He was terrified of them, of the pain they would inflict upon him. But the boys didn't seem to care. The group's leader was the first one to speak. ‘’Hey crazy, are you back? What are you doing in a school like this? You don't belong here, you belong in an asylum, go away!’’, he yelled and the other boys laughed, some of them high-fived each other. They were the weirdos here, acting like crazies and extremely mean, but Siyounen was too afraid to say anything. All he could whisper was a soft ‘’No...’’ as he pressed his books firmly to his chest, staring at them with fear in his eyes, but also a hint of utter confusion and innocence. Those boys were around fifteen years old, maybe even younger. Siyounen was eighteen, he was an adult, he should be able to stand up for himself. But he was not. His schizophrenia, alogia and his depressions and lack of speech often made him mentally challenged. He was eighteen but acted like a little kid from five now and then because he had no idea how he should act. Well, he knew how to, but he just wasn't able to. ‘’What did you say? Come closer and speak louder, you little dumb fuck!’’, the group leader spoke again and Siyounen could feel his body start to shiver. He swallowed again and felt tears sting his eyes. He let them fall. The boys saw this and laughed. It seemed they were ready to beat up him once again. That was, until a teacher came around the corner. Siyounen wasn't sure which teacher it was, but he was very glad to see an adult around the halls, ready to help him. ‘’Get lost and leave him alone. I know who you are and what happened Monday and I have my eyes set on you!’’, the teacher said angry as she pointed at the boys. The group left as soon as the teacher had spoken to them and Siyounen felt relieved. The teacher looked at him with worry in her eyes, but smiled. ‘’It's okay boy, they're gone. Why don't you go to class, or if you don't have class, to the library? It's right around the corner.’’ Siyounen nodded shyly and scooting over to her slowly. She held his shoulder gently and it made him feel safe, as she guided him to the library. At least now he knew where it was.
He entered the library and looked around, books still firmly pressed to his chest. He was really nervous to be around here, and quite unsure. Where should he go? Should he sit down alone somewhere or with other people? But what if those people would hurt him, too? He didn't really know how to express himself, he was sure they were going to laugh at him and bully him, too. His eyes fell on a girl who sat there all alone. A girl with black hair, younger than him. She seemed sad. Maybe Siyounen should go and talk to her? No. He could see the look in her eyes; she wasn't in the mood to speak to anyone right now. He looked around a bit more to see two boys sitting at a table, one young and the other one around Siyounen's age. Siyounen knew who was around his age; he knew he looked quite young for his age, but he also could tell who was what age around here. ‘’Go sit there, talk to them. Or at least just read one of your books. Don't be scared.’’, another voice told him in his head and Siyounen nodded, as if a real person was talking to him. ‘’Okay.’’, he mumbled to himself, or in fact, the voice in his head. He moved over to the table with the two boys slowly and looked at them as soon as he stood at the table. With a nervous look and without saying anything he plopped down on one of the empty seats and put his bag on the table, grabbing his favorite book about birds, and started reading it. He hoped these boys would be nice to him. Or even better, he hoped they would not pay any attention to him at all and mind their own business. Because Siyounen liked that best. He hated to be hurt, but he also didn't know very well how to socialize, so he preferred others appreciated his presence but didn't address him. If they did address him he had to speak back and then things would get awkward.
"Speech" "Thoughts" "Other's speech"
Rocco stopped his bike right outside the door, locking it as he arrived so that he didn’t make too much of a fuss. He didn’t want to meet any bullies so he hurried with everything he did, he was always being bullied for being a weirdo, he never knew why, though. Then he put his key in his pocket and walked into the school, staring at the ground as he did so. His leather shoulder bag hung across his body and landed right on his hip, sitting snuggly there as he walked. He knew if he was caught by any bully he’d be done for, his scarf was still around his neck and he was wearing a black bobble hat to keep himself nice and warm, only because that’s what he liked to wear. Rocco couldn’t bear to look up, too afraid of what might happen if he did. ‘’I’m a senior for god’s sake! Why can’t I stick up for myself?’’ He thought as he walked along, a sad look in his eye. He couldn’t believe that he couldn’t even stick up for himself as a senior, was he really that much of a weakling at heart? He couldn’t get over his past and that was weak, he couldn’t even forget about the boy he fell in love with, the boy who broke his heart and left him with no self-esteem, the reason he got depressed at that point in his life. He didn’t want to think about that anymore, just thinking about the boy made him sad, just thinking about how weak he was back then made him sad and disappointed in his own actions. Then he felt something hit him on the shoulder; it hit him hard and jolted his whole body, sending him flying to the ground. He lay there in the hallway, on his side and not moving, for what reason? ‘’What are you doing on the floor, freak? Get up and pick my books up you little fucker.’’ A voice said from above him. He didn’t want to get up or get his books, but he didn’t have a choice; unless he wanted to be completely beaten up that is. He just listen to the person speaking and got up, walking past them without looking and picking up all the books. He should have known better. Suddenly he felt a foot on his hind and before he knew it he was lying on the floor again with blood on his head, only a little and the person was gone. He checked himself for any other injuries but didn’t find any, so instead he carried on walking towards the library with his head bleeding slightly, ignoring the throbbing pain he had on his head.
He then walked in the library, seeing a lot of people there he automatically went into a hidden panic, not really knowing what to do or where to go. He just stood there for a moment, looking around and assessing where he should sit. There was a boy sitting, sort of alone, near two other boys, reading a book. He wanted to sit there, there was space and he didn’t want to be around too many people. That way he could maybe just speak to one person. Rocco walked over to the boy, a smile on his face as he sat down and took out his laptop. ‘’Hi, I'm Rocco.’’ He whispered as he opened the lid.
Siyounen sat there quietly, reading his book. So far no one had spoken to him yet at the table and he was feeling quite okay with it. Siyounen didn't mind speaking to no one actually, because he was too socially awkward. Only being around other people already made him nervous enough. Suddenly he could hear footsteps near him and carefully looked up from his book, seeing a boy in the corner of his eye who sat down next to him at the table. Siyounen took a soft shivering breath and returned to reading his book about birds, trying to pretend he was too busy to speak to the boy or at least greet him, even though the voices in his head told him he should say something. Siyounen ignored those voices. But then the boy spoke to him. ‘’Hi, I'm Rocco.’’, he said and Siyounen could feel his heart skip a beat. Was this sentence directed towards him? He lifted his head slowly and looked at the boy, noticing he indeed was looking at Siyounen. What should he say? Siyounen was terrified and wanted nothing more than to just disappear. ‘’Talk to the boy, tell him your name. Say something, make friends.’’, one of the voices in his head said but Siyounen pushed the thought away. The evil voices seemed to stay quiet at this point, it were only the good voices that wanted to jump into this subject. ‘’At least say your name.’’ ‘’Hi...’’, Siyounen said softly. ‘’Siyounen.’’, was the next word he said before turning his head and staring back at his book, hoping the boy would stop talking to him. Siyounen could feel his whole body shiver. He didn't want to be here, he was scared.
"Speech" "Thoughts" "Other's speech"
‘’Hi… Siyounen.’’ The person responded, at least he didn’t open a conversation, that would make everything worse for him. He didn’t like to speak much and he didn’t speak much, more in short, sharp sentences that everyone took the wrong way. He didn’t like to offend people, he hated to do it but sometimes he just couldn’t help it; it just happened, he wasn’t in control. Rocco could never really feel safe around anyone, so he didn’t speak much, too afraid to actually speak or say anything he’d just sit there and do nothing but look, waiting until he had to speak. Sometimes his voices would help but they weren’t always helpful, some were bad and horrible to him. He thought they were all real but everyone had always tried to tell him they weren’t, that they were in his head, he knew they were in his head, but in his head they were real; to him they were always there. ‘’Why don’t you just speak,’’ One of the voices said. He didn’t really listen to them sometimes, he wasn’t going to this time because he didn’t want to, all he wanted to sit at home with Ai. That’s just how he worked, he didn’t deal with social situations too well mainly for that reason even though he tried his best. His parents had left him alone because of his schizophrenia, he didn’t want everyone else to leave him.
Rocco then noticed the book that Siyounen was reading, it seemed to be about birds. He liked birds quite a lot, he loved how they were all different and often looked up wondering what it would be like to be a bird. ‘’Nice book.’’ He muttered as he decided to take out his own book. He closed his laptop and put it away, taking out a book about dogs, which he had a lot of. This one was entitled ‘Dog Psychology’. Rocco had a strong passion for any type of psychology, so far to say he wanted to become one, however, he thought this was not possible with his complications, coming to think of himself as worthless and believing he can’t do anything. ‘’Think positive.’’ One voice said while another discouraged him even more: ‘’you know you can’t, you’re not even worth it.’’ Sometimes he felt like the odds were against him, no, he always felt like the odds were against him and yet he never gave up; probably only because of the good voices that kept his self-esteem higher than it could have been. He never had a person to support him, in other people’s eyes he wasn’t worth having someone to talk to, except if his aunt had anything to say about it, she cared, she was the only one that cared.
